If becoming a pilot was something easy to do I believe anyone who is not afraid of height or to fly would be one.  However, it isn’t so easy thus the reason they are such an elite group.  To become a pilot one must understand that they are taking a risk.  There is no mechanical machine without potential of failure and when you are soaring …… feet in the air and something goes array, you know you had best know how to land that bad boy in the safest measure possible or be prepared to jump ship.  Being the Captain of an aircraft means you are the last one off.  Your job is to ensure the safety of all others onboard, regardless what you are flying.  It’s a huge responsibility to know your crew and possible passengers if flying a passenger plane lives are in your hands.  Do you have what it takes not to crack under the pressure?  A pilot MUST!
